Creative mad genius' Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse have collaborated on a new album called Dark Night of the Soul. David Lynch, director of such weirdness as Eraserhead and Inland Empire also took photos for the album. The result is a surreal and magical listening experience, spiced with the multi-layered production work Danger Mouse is known for.
In addition to Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse, guest appearances by artists such as The Flaming Lips, members from The Shins, The Strokes, Granddaddy, The Pixies, Super Furry Animals, and Neutral Milk Hotel are also present on the album.
